Monaco Telecom International S.A.M.: acting for Monaco Telecom in the preparation of a master services framework agreement whereby Monaco Telecom will provide OnAir Switzerland SARL with the ground infrastructure for its GSM and GPRS mobile services allowing air passengers to use mobile phones and personal electronic devices in-flight to make and receive phone calls and exchange text messages and emails.  
Star Broadband Ltd: acting for Star Broadband Ltd in the sale of the entire issued share capital of International Telcell (CIS) Inc. (the wholly owned subsidiary of Star Broadband Ltd) to Kadsurahill Business Ltd (a newco).  
Arqiva Limited: acting for Arqiva Limited on acquisition from BT of the full-time service components of its Satellite Broadcast Services business for £25 million cash. The deal will include long-term customer contracts, operations and personnel located in three states within the USA, France, Italy and the Netherlands, as well as various locations in the UK.  

We advised Arqiva, the telecommunications and broadcasting network operator, in relation to commercial, regulatory, competition and litigation matters.

 
We advised Flag Telecom Group Limited in relation to corporate, commercial tax and litigation.
 
We advised Monaco Telecom on its ground infrastructure and international backhawl supply agreement with Onair, for provision of mobile telephony in commercial aircraft in European airspace.
 
We have provided assistance to the NOC, a trade association which represents network operators and telecoms service providers, including:
BT Agile Media, Cable & Wireless, Colt, Opal Telecom (Carphone Warehouse Group), Redstone Telecom, This and Vodafone.
 
We have advised MMI Research, a military telecoms equipment manufacturer on intellectual property, regulatory and commercial matters. In 2006, we have settled a substantial High Court software.
 
In 2006, we continued to act for Gamme Telecommunications as its general external counsel on all matters. In 2006 we have assisted them on a review of all their standard form purchasing and supply agreements as well as for general corporate matters.
 
We act for Inclarity plc, a provider of satellite communication services and broadband telephony (in partnership with Cable & Wireless, and Asia Cell in Iraq) which collects and delivers, via satellite, all international traffic headed for the north of Iraq.
