Telecoms Regulatory Authority of Bahrain - we advised
and assisted the TRA on telecommunications regulatory
matters and we supplied secondees to act as Legal Affairs
Director for the TRA for the interim period before the
appointment of a new Director.

Union - we were appointed under UN Special Service Agreements
to advise the National Telecommunications Commission of
Sudan, the Sudanese telecommunications regulator, in relation
to number portability, licensing and a general review
of Sudanese telecommunications law.

Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd -
we advise on corporate and commercial matters for Gamma
Telecom Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary Uniworld Communications
Limited, which have included advising on the acquisition
of the voice telephony business of Telephony Management
Ltd, the acquisition of Go Worldwide Communications Limited,
and the acquisition of Pulse Media (UK) Limited. We also
advised on intellectual property matters.

Vodafone - we are a member of
Vodafone's panel advising on the acquisition and management
of sites for telecommunication equipment, dealing with
up to 100 sites at any time. We also advise Vodafone on
property litigation matters.

MMI Research Limited - we advise
this military telecoms equipment manufacturer on intellectual
property and commercial matters. We also act for the client
in the case MMI Research Limited v Timson and others,
where MMI was the Claimant in a High Court software copyright
infringement claim relating to telecommunications equipment,
and in a High Court patent infringement case, MMI Research
Limited -v- Datong Electronics plc and others.
