claimed significant sums in an action in the Technology
and Construction Court for an alleged failure by T (our
client) to build and develop the necessary structure
and content for the supply of interactive television
gaming. Our client brought a substantial counterclaim
for loss of revenue. This matter was settled shortly
before trial by way of a small payment of damages and
taking of an equity interest.
