Charles Russells fixed price package
By using our fixed fee package you can call us as many times
as you want and ask as many or as few questions as you like.
We offer you total peace of mind.
We usually charge 0.5% of the purchase price with a minimum
fee of £1,800. This fee includes:

Tax and estate planning advice
Advice given by our tax and estate planning specialists is
not included in the fixed price package. Such advice will
be charged at the hourly rates of the lawyers involved.
VAT
VAT is not charged on our fees for the purchase of property
in France. However, it is likely that VAT will be payable
on our fees for any advice given by our tax and estate planning
specialists.
The Notaires fees
The buyer is liable for the Notaires fees, which are
fixed. If two Notaires are involved, one acting for the buyer
and another for the seller, they share their fees.
The Notaires fees are approximately 7% of the purchase
price for a property that is more than five years old. This
is reduced to approximately 2.6% for a property that is less
than five years old or bought off-plan:
