Acted for Immedia Broadcasting plc on its AIM listing and institutional placing in December 2003. Immedia provides live tailored in-store radio for clients. The institutional placing of new and existing shares raised £5 million.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on the placing, open offer, tender offer and AIM listing of Aricom plc, which has titanium mining interests in Russia. The placing and open offer in December 2003 raised approximately £4 million.
Acted for Network Limited on its AIM listing, in November 2003. Network is a leading broker of outdoor advertising sites and is already listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited and Evolution Beeson Gregory Limited on the recommended offer on behalf of AIM listed company Triple Arc plc for Access Plus plc. Triple Arc provides integrated procurement solutions for the printing industry; the transaction, which completed in October 2003, involved the placing of 70,000,000 new shares, the re-admission of existing shares and admission of new shares to trading on AIM.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on a placing to raise £24 million for Sibir Energy plc, in October 2003. Sibir Energy, which is listed on AIM, is a UK independent oil and gas company.

Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on a further placing to raise approximately £9.2 million for Ramco Energy plc, the Aberdeen based independent exploration and production company, which is listed on AIM, in October 2003.

Acted for Bema Gold Corporation on its AIM listing as it became the second largest company on that market on its admission date (30 September 2003) with a market capitalisation of £500 million. Bema Gold is also listed on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges.
Acted for City Financial Associates Limited on the placing and AIM listing of bus and coach group Tellings Golden Miller Group plc, in August 2003. The placing of new shares and shares being sold by the existing shareholders raised £4.1 million. At the placing price, the Company was valued at £15.3 million on admission.
Acted for Williams de Broë in respect of a placing to raise approximately £1million for Dwyka Diamonds Ltd (a company listed on AIM and the Australian Stock Exchange) in July 2003.
Acted for the AIM listed Montpellier Group Plc on its recommended cash offer and takeover of AIM listed Bullough Plc and on its re-organisation, sale of assets and share buy back.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited in June 2003 on the placing of US$24million (£14.39million) of shares for Peter Hambro Mining plc ("PHM") along with a US$6 million payment (£3.6 million) by PHM in cash to acquire the Tokur Deposit gold mining licence in Russia from Reagrove Services Limited.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on the placing of £3.9million in shares for Ramco Energy plc, an independent exploration and production company based in Aberdeen, to fund an accelerated exploration programme offshore from Montenegro in June 2003.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on a placing of shares to raise approximately £503,000 (net of expenses) for The Medical House plc, the medical equipment and devices company, in June 2003.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on the placing and AIM listing of GMA Resources plc (a UK company with rights to acquire gold mining rights in Algeria) in May 2003. The placing of convertible loan stock raised £3.95million. Taking account of the loan stock, the company was valued at £9.5million on admission.
Acted for Timeload plc (originally Scoot.com plc) on its acquisition of COE Limited (a premium supplier of technology for managed video networks), AIM Admission and capital reduction and tender offer to return £2.2 million to shareholders in May 2003.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on the placing and AIM listing of Peter Hambro Mining Plc (a gold mining company) in April 2002. In April 2003, we acted for Canaccord on a further placing and open offer by the company to raise an additional £16.8 million. At the issue price of the placing and open offer the company was valued at £100 million on admission.
Acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited on a placing and subscription for Mediwatch plc (a company involved in development of medical devices) to raise approximately £1 million in March 2003.
