Charles Russell has an annual budget allocated for charitable
giving and there are guidelines to ensure the budget is allocated
to projects/charities aligned with its CSR programme.
The projects that the Practice supports are
relevant to our CSR programme.
Charities supported by Charles Russell
Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK
Make -A-Wish Foundation is the chosen charity of the year
for Charles Russell.
Make-A-Wish grants magical wishes to children and young people
fighting life-threatening illnesses. The charity was founded
in the UK in 1986 and, since then, have granted over 4,200
wishes. Whether a wish is to be a princess or a policeman
for a day, own the latest computer equipment, meet a favourite
celebrity or just enjoy some special time away from home with
their family, a wish come true brings so much to a child's
life and provides memories for the family that last a lifetime.

Disability Challengers
The Guildford Office supports and works with Disability Challengers.
Disability Challengers support children and young people with
any form of physical, learning or sensory impairment. They
provide a wide range of fun and challenging activities for
children of all abilities. This can mean full time one-to-one
support for some of the children.

Richard House
One of our current causes is Richard House Children's Hospice.
Richard House is a Children's Hospice that provides respite
and terminal care for children with life limiting or life
threatening conditions who are not expected to live into adulthood.
Charles Russell is a member of the Richard House Society and
makes a donation to the Charity every year. Our work for the
hospice mainly involves fundraising efforts. A team from Charles
Russell recently competed in their Dragon Boat challenge.
