This firm's
core charities unit works closely with other departments to advise on
issues beyond charities law, including commercial, IP, employment and
procurement. This approach has impressed clients: "The firm has
so many specialists, but the service never feels disparate - it's very
well co-ordinated, and the channels of communication are always open."
The group, led by Michael Scott, advises charities including City &
Guilds of London Institute, the Alzheimer's Society, Marie Curie Cancer
Care and non-profit organisations. Scott has advised the Royal Air Force
Benevolent Fund on changes to its charter and strategic development.
